Amy Smith

Amy C. Smith joined the Legal Aid Society of Lubbock in November 2015 and is currently the Associate Director and Managing Attorney. 


After working as a caseworker at Child Protective Services in central and west Texas, Amy decided to pursue a career in law.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and received her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2015.


Amy has a passion for helping vulnerable populations, especially survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
